For over 13 years we've responded to water emergencies, removed hazardous materials, and built commercial and institutional facilities for federal agencies, property managers, and homeowners across the D.C. metro area. As an 8(a), WOSB, and MBE-certified government contractor, we hold the clearances and compliance credentials to work on federal, state, and municipal projects. Our team of 50+ trained staff spans six specialized divisions — ready to deploy on any scale of work, from a single-family mold remediation to a multi-phase institutional construction project.
How We Got Here
IG Services started with a single principle: show up, do the work right, and stand behind it. That hasn't changed. What has changed is the scope — we've grown from a small remediation crew into a full-service contractor with six specialized divisions, a 50-person certified workforce, and a track record that spans federal government facilities, commercial properties, institutional buildings, and residential clients throughout Maryland, D.C., and Virginia. How We Work
Every job runs the same way. We assess the situation, provide a written scope of work, and assign a dedicated project lead who stays on the job from start to finish. There's no handoff to a subcontractor you've never met. The crew you speak with on day one is the crew that hands over the completed work.
For insurance claims, we provide full documentation — moisture readings, photo logs, scope reports, and clearance testing — in the format adjusters and property managers need. We've done this enough times to know what's required before anyone asks.
