How It Works
Our Process
Inspection & Risk Assessment
A certified lead inspector tests suspect surfaces using XRF analysis or paint chip sampling to identify lead-containing materials and assess risk.
Abatement Plan
We develop a site-specific abatement plan specifying the method (removal, encapsulation, or enclosure) for each identified surface.
Containment Setup
Work areas are contained with poly sheeting and placed under negative air pressure. HEPA vacuums and wet methods are used throughout.
Abatement
Lead-containing materials are removed, encapsulated, or enclosed by EPA RRP-certified workers following the approved abatement plan.
Waste Disposal
Lead waste is packaged and transported to a licensed disposal facility in compliance with EPA and DOT regulations.
Clearance Testing
Dust wipe samples are collected and analyzed by an independent clearance examiner. The area is not released until it passes clearance.
