How It Works
Our Process
Inspection & Sampling
A licensed inspector collects bulk samples from suspect materials. Lab analysis confirms the presence and type of asbestos.
Abatement Plan & Permits
We prepare a site-specific abatement plan, file required MDE notifications, and obtain all necessary permits before work begins.
Containment Setup
The work area is sealed with poly sheeting and placed under negative air pressure using HEPA-filtered air scrubbers to prevent fiber migration.
Removal
Licensed abatement workers in full PPE remove ACMs using wet methods to suppress fiber release. All materials are double-bagged and labeled.
Waste Disposal
Asbestos waste is transported to a licensed disposal facility in compliance with EPA and DOT regulations.
Clearance Testing
